In the widget settings, under appearance and behaviour, once you have created a workspace. Paste the greeting there and the widget shows it to visitors.
- Create a workspace first. Sign in with an email code, no password, then create your workspace.
- Open the widget settings. The greeting lives with the other appearance and behaviour options for the chat interface.
- Preview here before you paste. The tool shows each greeting in the widget bubble so you can pick the one that fits.
