The basics are all there. The shared inbox, contacts and the AI agent are on every plan, Free included; analytics start on Essentials and tickets on Plus.
Most two-person teams outgrow Free only when they add a second channel, which is the move to Mini.
Mini is $45 a month for the workspace, with five seats and three channels.

Do I pay per agent?

No. Plans are priced per workspace, and each plan carries a seat limit rather than a per-seat charge.

Five seats on Mini, ten on Essentials and fifty on Plus, at $45, $95 and $295 a month.
Adding a teammate is a plan limit, not a new invoice line.
AI agents do not use seats; pending invitations do count toward seats.

Which channels can I connect?

Website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and email, all landing in the same shared inbox, with replies going back on the channel the customer used.

Slack, Discord and Microsoft Teams mirror new conversations to a channel your team already watches; replies from there reach the customer.
Each connected account is one channel: one on Free, three on Mini, five on Essentials, twenty-five on Plus.
Website chat takes one script tag; email takes a forwarding rule; the rest connect from Settings.

Does the AI agent reply on this channel?

Not yet. Today the AI agent answers on website chat only. Messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and email land in the shared inbox for your team.

Same inbox, same tools. Those conversations get the same assignment, private notes, tickets and analytics as web chat.
People reply on messaging channels. Your team answers from the inbox and the reply goes back on the channel the customer used.
Website chat gets the agent. On the widget it answers from your imported knowledge and hands over to a person when unsure.
