What do I get when I subscribe?

Full access to the plan the moment checkout completes. Every plan includes the shared inbox and the chat widget; the plan sets how many channels, seats and AI agents you get, and which features come with it.

How does the 7-day trial work?

Accepted Answer

Pick any paid plan when you create your workspace and you get its full limits and AI credits for 7 days, with no card on file.

No card, no charge. The trial starts from onboarding, not from a checkout.
Nothing happens automatically at the end. Your workspace returns to the Free plan and its limits; nothing is billed.
Subscribe whenever you are ready from Settings › Billing, during the trial or after it ends.

Prefer to skip the trial? You can check out a plan directly at any time.

Can I stay on Free forever?

Yes. Free is a plan, not a trial: there is no clock and no card.

Question 4

How do AI credits work?

Accepted Answer

AI credits pay for the conversations your AI agent handles. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top it up.

Included every month: $5 on Mini, $25 on Essentials, $75 on Plus. The allowance resets at the start of each month.
A conversation costs about $0.05, so $25 covers roughly 500 conversations. Actual usage varies with length.
Top-ups never expire. Buy a $25 to $200 pack from Billing; the included allowance is spent first, then the pack.

Question 5

What happens when I reach a limit?

Nothing breaks. Conversations keep arriving and your team keeps replying; a limit only stops you adding more of that resource.

Teammates, AI agents, channels, API keys and automations are hard caps. At the limit, upgrade to the next plan to add more.
AI credits work differently: when the allowance runs out, the agent hands the conversation to a teammate instead of going quiet.
Buy more credits at any time from Billing, without changing plans.

Question 6

What counts as a seat?

Accepted Answer

A seat is a teammate who can sign in to your workspace and reply from the inbox.

Pending invitations count toward the limit until they are accepted or revoked.
AI agents do not use seats. They have their own limit on each plan.
Customers never need a seat. Contacts and conversations are unlimited on every plan.

Free includes 2 seats, Mini 5, Essentials 10 and Plus 50.

Question 7

What counts as a channel?

Accepted Answer

Each connected account is one channel: a WhatsApp number, an Instagram account, a Telegram bot, an email address, or a Slack, Discord or Microsoft Teams connection.

Every channel lands in the same inbox, with the same assignment, notes, tickets and analytics.
Limits per plan: 1 on Free (your website chat), 3 on Mini, 5 on Essentials, 25 on Plus. Email and messaging apps start on Mini.
Disconnecting a channel frees its slot for another one.

Question 8

What changes with annual billing?

Accepted Answer

The features are identical; only the price and how often you are invoiced change.

20% off every plan when the year is paid up front.
One charge a year instead of twelve. With the toggle set to Annual, the cards show the per-month equivalent.
Switch later from monthly to annual, or back, from Billing.

The 7-day trial is available on both.

Question 9

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Settings › Billing, at any time.

Upgrades apply immediately, so the new limits and AI credits are available right away.
Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
Your data stays put either way: conversations, contacts, tickets and analytics carry over.

Question 10

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from Settings › Billing; no email or call needed.

You keep the plan until the period ends, then the workspace returns to Free.
Nothing is deleted. Your inbox, contacts and history stay, within the Free limits.
Fees are not refunded for the remaining period, except where the law requires it. See the terms.

Come back any time by subscribing again.

Question 11

How do payment and invoices work?

Accepted Answer

Checkout, payment methods and invoices are handled by Polar, our merchant of record.

Pay by card. Prices are in US dollars, and any applicable tax is added at checkout.
Invoices and receipts are available from Billing after every charge.
Workspace owners and admins manage billing; agents can see the plan but not change it.

Accepted Answer

Plus covers 50 teammates, 25 AI agents and 25 channels. If your team is larger, or you need custom limits, a security review or an invoice-based agreement, talk to us.
