FAQ
The studio uses the same UI building blocks as the product, so what you preview is what visitors see. Saving the branding to a workspace needs a free Sellio account.
- Same components as the product. Colours, launcher and chat layout render with the widget's own building blocks.
- Preview only until you sign in. Nothing here is saved; the settings live in your workspace once you have one.
- The real widget is small. It loads asynchronously, never blocks rendering, and the panel loads when opened.
