A number is never a dead end
Every chart on every page links to the filtered list of conversations behind it, so a spike is something you read, not something you wonder about.

Filters carry over
The range and the filters arrive as chips, so the list is exactly the set the chart summed.
One set of filters
Nine pages share one range and one filter set, so a chip never means two things.

The week, in your inbox before you ask
A drifting week is only a problem if nobody notices. Set a target for each metric and schedule a summary, and the miss arrives on Monday morning with the number beside it.
- Set a target per metric in Settings; the pages show pass or fail against it.
- Daily, weekly or monthly, to whoever should read it, on the page you choose.
- The same numbers as the dashboard, from the same query, so nothing drifts.

What is customer support analytics?
The numbers behind a support team: how fast it answers, how much it resolves, how customers rate it and what they keep asking about, over a range you choose.
A dashboard on its own only tells you that something moved. Sellio keeps every number joined to the conversations it counts and to a target you set, so it also tells you what, and whether that is fine. Four terms carry the whole thing.
- First response time
- How long a customer waits for the first reply, as a median rather than a mean, so one forgotten chat does not move the week. Sellio splits it from human response, the wait for a person after the AI.
- Resolution rate
- Of the conversations the AI agent was involved in, the share it closed without handing off. Automation rate is the same idea against all volume.
- CSAT and CX score
- The rating a customer leaves after a conversation. The CX score is the share of rated conversations scored 4 or 5; unrated ones are left out rather than counted as zero.
- Topic
- A cluster of conversations about the same thing, found and named by a model from the opening messages. Nobody tags anything, and a new problem shows up as a new topic.

- Outcome: resolution, automation and involvement rates, and a CX score that combines them.
- Tickets and operators: raised, solved, open backlog, median time to solve, per-operator volume.
- Targets per metric show pass or fail, and a scheduled email report keeps the week in view.
Each metric drills into the shared inbox.
