How to use it
- 1Pick the scale your survey uses (1–5 is the default; 1–10 and thumbs-style 1–2 work too).
- 2Enter how many responses landed on each score — the bars show the distribution as you type.
- 3Read CSAT (share of top-box responses) and the average. Toggle top box only if you count just the highest score, then copy the result into a report or Sellio analytics targets.
FAQ
Many B2B teams aim for 80% or higher, but there is no universal number. Compare against your own baseline and channel mix rather than a target someone else set.
- Your own trend matters most. A score that climbs month on month says more than a one-off comparison with another company.
- Channel mix changes the number. Chat, email and messaging conversations rate differently, so compare like with like.
- Set a baseline first. Run the calculator on last month's ratings, then judge new results against that figure.
