TodayConversations with Nuray
3 in allOne person, the whole story
Click any row and the contact opens beside the table. Who they are, what they asked and what they saw, in cards you edit in place.
- Details, lifecycle, tags and segments on one sheet, edited in place.
- The pages they saw and the conversations they had, under the same name.
- A private notepad on the person that the customer never sees.
Know who is asking before you answer
The same record sits beside every conversation. An agent sees the plan, the last order and the page the customer is on, and answers the real question first time.
- The page they are on right now, the device, the country.
- The attributes your app or a workflow set, beside the message.
- Their earlier conversations on any channel, one click away.

What is a support CRM?
The customer record for support: who a person is, what they asked and what they saw, kept beside every conversation so the team never asks twice.
A sales CRM tracks deals; this tracks people. Sellio builds the record from the conversations you already have, so there is nothing to keep in sync. Four terms carry the whole thing.
- Contact
- One person, whichever channel they wrote on: their details, their conversations, the pages they saw and when they were last here.
- Company
- The organisation contacts belong to, with a logo, a domain and an industry, so a team account reads as one customer.
- Attribute
- A key and a value on the person: plan, order count, anything your app or a workflow sets. Shown as a column, used by rules.
- Tag and segment
- A tag is a label for filtering; a segment is a group you report on. Both can be set by hand or by a workflow from what the customer says.

Support CRM questions
No. It is the customer record for support: who they are, what they asked and what they saw. There is no pipeline or deal tracking.
- Every conversation, every channel under one person, with the full history.
- Pages seen, attributes, tags and segments so an agent knows the context before asking.
- Companies group contacts with a logo, a domain and an industry.
