Send Calendly booking links from the inbox
When a conversation needs a call, offer a time without leaving the reply. A Calendly button in the composer inserts a single-use booking link for one of your event types, prefilled with the customer's name and email.
What you can do with Calendly
Book demos from chat
A visitor asks for a demo and gets a booking link in the next message, not an email thread.
Links that are used once
Each link books a single meeting, so a forwarded link cannot fill your calendar twice.
Fewer form fields for the customer
The booking page opens with the customer's name and email already filled in.
How it works
- 1
Connect Calendly
An owner or admin opens Settings, Integrations and signs in to Calendly.
- 2
Pick an event type
In a reply, open the Calendly button in the composer and choose the meeting to offer.
- 3
Send the link
The single-use link lands in your reply, ready to send.
Coming soon. Calendly is built and shows as Coming soon in the dashboard while we finish its production setup.
Calendly integration FAQ
No. Calendly links are inserted by a person in the composer; the AI agent does not book meetings.
Who sends them: any teammate replying in the inbox. What is sent: a single-use link for the event type you pick, prefilled with the customer's details.
