Create Linear issues from support conversations
When a customer reports a bug, file it without copying and pasting. Sellio creates the Linear issue with a title, an excerpt of the conversation and a link back to it, and shows the issue's live status in the inbox.
What you can do with Linear
File bugs with the context attached
The issue opens with a prefilled title, a transcript excerpt and a link back to the conversation.
Pick the team and priority
Send each issue to the right Linear team with a priority, or let it go to the default team an admin chose.
Follow the fix from the inbox
Linked issues show their live Linear status in the conversation's Issues card, so you know when to write back.
How it works
- 1
Connect Linear
An owner or admin opens Settings, Integrations, signs in to Linear and can set a default team.
- 2
Create an issue
From a conversation, open the Issues card, check the prefilled title and excerpt, and create it.
- 3
Close the loop
When the issue moves in Linear, its status in the inbox moves with it.
Coming soon. Linear is built and shows as Coming soon in the dashboard while we finish its production setup.
