The plans

Paid yearly, every plan is 20% less. The full feature grid is on the pricing page.

Seats, channels, agents

• A seat is a member of the workspace, and a pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked. Seats are a limit, not a price: adding a teammate within the limit costs nothing.
• A channel is one connected source: the website widget, an email address, a WhatsApp number, a Telegram bot. Slack, Discord and Teams count when connected.
• An AI agent is one configured agent, active or not.
• When a limit is reached, the button that would exceed it (Invite, Connect, New agent) explains which plan lifts it. Nothing already running is switched off.

AI credits

Each paid plan includes a monthly AI credit in dollars. An AI conversation, one exchange the agent answers, draws $0.05 from it. Included credit resets each month and does not carry over. On top of it sits a prepaid wallet: one-time top-ups of $25, $50, $100, $200 that never expire. Spend comes from the included credit first, then the wallet.

• When included credit and wallet together cannot cover the next conversation, the agent stops replying and the conversation waits for a person; visitors see your fallback message. Nothing is charged past what you bought.
• Each agent also has its own caps: a daily message limit and a monthly token limit, set on the agent. Past either, the same fallback applies.
• Settings, then Billing shows one AI credits figure: used and available together, and a Buy AI credits button for top-ups.
• Usage per agent and per day is on the AI agent's Usage page, and in the AI page of Analytics.

The trial

A new workspace can start a 7-day trial of a paid plan from onboarding, with no card. When it ends, the workspace returns to Free; nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. Billing shows the days left while the trial runs, and Expired afterwards, with Subscribe beside it.

Billing and invoices

   Settings, then Billing, then Subscribe on the plan you want, monthly or annual. Checkout opens on the page; the card is charged from day one.

   Manage subscription opens the billing portal: change the card, download invoices, cancel.

   Buy AI credits opens the same checkout for a top-up pack; the credit lands in the wallet as soon as the payment clears.

Changing plan

• Upgrading takes effect at once and is prorated for the rest of the period.
• Downgrading is scheduled for the end of the period you have paid for; you keep the higher plan until then. If the workspace is then over the smaller plan's limits, nothing is removed, but nothing can be added until you are within the limit.
• Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period, then returns the workspace to Free with its data intact.
• A failed renewal does not cut the plan off on the day; you keep access while the card is fixed in the portal.
